My name is Sharon Purdy. I am a sophomore here at BGSU and I'm from upstate New York. I really enjoy sports and I played soccer, basketball and track throughout school before coming to Bowling Green. I was raised on a farm so I am a country girl through and through which means I love doing things outside like riding my horse and just being active! My sister lives in Michigan so I get to go visit her every now and then because I sometimes get homesick being so far from home. I always have a great time when I go up there because I get to help on her boyfriends farm and it's just like being home :) My major is mild to moderate intervention specialist which is a fancy way of saying that Im a special education teacher. There I am in a nutshell. :)
